How Investments Are Made
All investments facilitated through Forex Panda are made via a regulated third-party market operator, namely ROBOFOREX (roboforex.com). Before you begin trading or subscribing to any copy trading strategy, you are required to read, understand, and accept the full terms and conditions of ROBOFOREX. By opening an account with ROBOFOREX and subscribing to our Master Account strategy, you confirm that you have done so. Forex Panda has no control over the terms, conditions, or operations of ROBOFOREX, and we therefore accept no liability for any actions taken by the broker.
Risk Warning
Trading in the foreign exchange market (forex) and related financial instruments involves a high degree of risk. It is therefore not suitable for all investors. Please read the following carefully before proceeding:
Every type of investment carries risk, and there will always be periods of loss. Investing in the financial markets can be highly rewarding, however it can equally result in the partial or total loss of your invested capital. As a result, you should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
We specifically recommend that you do not invest more than 5% to 10% of your total savings in forex or any single investment strategy. Copy Trading Specific Risks
Copy trading allows you to automatically replicate the trades of a Master Account. While this reduces the need for trading knowledge or experience, it does not eliminate risk. The performance of a Master Account in the past does not guarantee the same performance in the future. Additionally, the proportional copy system means that your gains and losses will mirror those of the Master Account relative to your account size. You should therefore only subscribe to a strategy whose risk level you fully understand and are comfortable with.
No Financial Products Offered
Forex Panda does not offer, sell, or distribute any financial products. We do not manage your funds, hold your money, or act as a broker, bank, or financial institution in any capacity. We do not request any funds from you directly. All funds remain under your full control within your own personal ROBOFOREX account at all times. What we offer is simply the opportunity to copy the trades of our own Master Accounts, for which we charge a performance-based profit share fee — and only when your account generates a profit.
Affiliate Disclosure
Forex Panda participates in the ROBOFOREX affiliate partner programme. This means that when you sign up with ROBOFOREX using our referral link, we may receive a commission from the broker. This commission does not affect the cost of your account in any way, nor does it influence the trading decisions made by our Master Accounts.
