Forex Panda is an independent copy trading signal provider. We operate Master Accounts on the RoboForex CopyFX platform and offer subscribers the opportunity to automatically copy the trades placed in those accounts. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, bank, or asset manager. We do not hold, manage, or control your funds at any time. All trading activity takes place within your own personal account at RoboForex, which is a separate, regulated third-party broker.
3. Eligibility
By using this website and subscribing to any Forex Panda copy trading strategy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You also confirm that copy trading and forex trading are legal in your country of residence, and that you are not accessing this website from a jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited or restricted. Forex Panda accepts no responsibility for users who access the website or its services from restricted jurisdictions.
4. Services Provided
Forex Panda provides the following services:
Information and educational content about forex copy trading. Access to our Master Account strategies via the RoboForex CopyFX platform. Performance data and track records of our trading bots. Guidance on how to set up a RoboForex account and subscribe to our strategies. Support via email and Facebook Messenger.
All services are provided on an informational basis only. Nothing provided by Forex Panda constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
5. Fees and Payment
Forex Panda charges a performance-based profit share fee of 30% of the net profit generated in your copied account. This fee is deducted automatically by RoboForex at the end of each weekly or monthly cycle, depending on the strategy you have subscribed to. Importantly, no fee is charged in any period where your account does not generate a profit. There are no subscription fees, sign-up fees, or hidden charges from Forex Panda. Any fees charged by RoboForex itself — such as spreads, swap rates, or certain withdrawal fees — are entirely separate and governed by your agreement with RoboForex directly.
6. Affiliate Relationship with RoboForex
Forex Panda participates in the RoboForex affiliate partner programme. As a result, when you sign up with RoboForex using our referral link, we may receive a commission payment from the broker. This commission is paid by RoboForex and does not result in any additional cost to you. Furthermore, it does not influence the trading decisions made within our Master Accounts in any way. We recommend RoboForex because it is the broker we personally use and trust, and because it provides the CopyFX infrastructure that makes our service possible.
7. Risk Acknowledgement
By subscribing to any Forex Panda copy trading strategy, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Forex trading involves a high degree of financial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any Master Account or trading bot does not guarantee future results. The profit targets stated on our website are estimates based on historical performance and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions made through your RoboForex account. You should not invest more than 5% to 10% of your total savings in forex or any single strategy.
